I am looking to add one final fish to my 75G tank. I know this fish is difficult but feel up to the challenge. I have had a Leopard Wrasse for 5 months that is doing very well and also wanted to ask if the two would get along. A number of different Tangs have been suggested, but I'm not sure I want to keep one in a 75G tank. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Very difficult wrasses to keep alive in captivity. They are tough to get feeding, and tend to be very shy when first introduced. Ones Ive worked with in the past also tend to eat SPS and some LPS (ie Galaxea). The whole group is best left in the ocean Im afraid- interesting animals, but a very poor track record.

I did not know that they were capable of eating SPS and LPS corals. Seems very unusual for a wrasse that is considered reef safe.

Any other suggestions for a final "show case" fish? Something striking in the 4" range?

Well, since you were looking at a wrasse. How does a mystery wrasse sound? Liveaquaria says they max out at 5"

Any of the Cirrhilabrus or Pseudocheilinus would work well for you; theyre all completely coral safe, very colorful, and stay relativly small.
