First of all, I had both this package and a package from Marine Depot arrive at the same time. The package I got from you guys was packaged in a far more superior fashion than the Marine Depot package. What's funny is that I had dual 14k phoenix bulbs in that box too. You guys rock.

I realized that I have a 1/2" under sink hook up, whilst I bought your 3/8" x 3/8" shut off valve. Should I be able to find a replacement at a local hardware store? Or would it be OK to get adapters to 1/2" piping on both sides?

Lastly, I'm unsure of where to drill a hole for the drain. Even with the instructions, I don't want to be drilling into the wrong spot:

The gray pipe is a PVC material.

Any help would be appreciated,

If the shutoff valve is 1/2" this is what your looking for or something like it we do have them on our fittings page. You would also be able to use 1/2 to 3/8 adapters if you can find them.
