I'm currently running 2x250w XM 10k's in Lumen Max Reflectors. I love the growth but am not a fan of the color. I"m probably going to switch to Phoenix 14k's but still will probably want to add these T5's since I have them anyway. Check out the pictures and tell me what you think, my tank is a very odd shape and I"m worried I will be blocking some of the light from my lumen reflectors. I was thinking I should lower them a little bit which would help somewhat. I think I could angle the back one a little bit so it doesn't just shine straight down, and could possibly angle the front one back a little bit...

It's hard to get a picture that really captures my dilemma.

BTW, my canopy fits over top of the T5's and the MH reflectors just hang right above it.

That's what the beams were placed there for :) Just not sure if it's blocking too much light, or how they will cover my tank...

Are you looking to supplement the halide or just use the T5's for a dawn/dusk effect? You have plenty of light for your tank and the Phoenix 14k's will give you a good blue white look. You could also lower the halides to get more light in between the beams. Which might be the better choice since the halide reflecting of of the back of the reflectors might leave you no other choice.
FYI - I have used 250w Phoenix 14k's and they were great by themselves, for both color and growth.
