I bought a Quiet One 6000 pump last Feb. The pump has broken down since then. I understand the Dr Fosters only carries a 60 day return policy on them, that I need to contact the manufacture for the one year warranty.
Unfortunately I can not find a contact website or phone number for them. I did call Dr. Fosters, however it was stated Dr. Fosters had no way of contacting them either and did not know. I find it very unfortunate you would not have this information, especially since you recommend this pump as a Dr. Fosters Choice.
The warranty is about to expire, is there anything left I can do. I do allot of shopping from both Dr. Fosters and LiveAquaria and you have always done me well in the past.
