Emperor Angel reef safe?

i just set up my new tank and i am waiting for it to cycle. it is going to be a FOWLR tank. i already have a reef tank set up for 4 years now. i wanted to buy a very young Emperor Angel and keep him in my reef tank until my FO tank was a little more mature. would i run into a very young angel harming my corals? i have no SPS. just LPS, Zoas, and clams. i have heard of ppl keeping these angels in reef tanks and ppl have told me that they are reef safe until they get older. is this true? the angel would be out of the reef befoore he could even be fully mature.

any help would be great
thanks
andrew

Had one in a 240 reef no issues when it was little around 2 inches got to the 4inch mark and started to nip my clam and softies and would also pick at my lps.

from everything I heard they are reef safe with SPS corals but can nip at LPS and softies.
