LED for Carpet Anemone Tank

Hey guys, I know that it has been asked to death about which LED for this and that and I have read a fair amount on LEDs but I am still confused as to what I should get. I basically want to buy something that will be able to accommodate carpet anemones, which do have high lighting demands. I dont have my tank yet but would likely get something that would be more shallow and no more than 18" from the light to the sand bed. I was looking through the thread on cheap chinese leds but Im not sure I want to take a chance on something that may burn out much quicker but I also dont have tons of money to spend. Ecoxotic does seem to have some reasonable LEDs like these that I think might work if I can keep the anemone directly under them.

The Panorama Pro LED Module are 19w each and 12.75" long

OR they have a Panorama 36 LED Retrofit that is 42w that is about 8 x 9"

Do you think these would work for my tank or if you have other, cost effective suggestions, I'd be happy to look at those also. Im used to calculating lighting needs with watts per gallon but I know its a bit different for LEDs and since these dont show the output lumens, Im lost.

Thanks for the help :)

I was thinking that 3 x 19w Ecoxotic modules would cost about the same as the 42w retrofit, close to $350. Or for about $500 I could go with 1 x 72w AI fixture or 4 x 19w Ecoxotic modules. Im not sure how much better the AI's are than the Ecoxotics for a more shallow tank. And I guess since Im in the ball park of $500, I could always go with the Vertex Illumina 200 LED Lighting 12" fixture but again, Im not sure if that would be overkill in my tank.
