Finger coral polyps not extending

Hi all, would like to enquire something.
I got this finger coral since last friday.

Previously the placement of the finger was in the spot circle in red, only 3 days back I was moving it to the current place.
The current place was having the same flow & lighting, but the polyps just doesn't extend.
In this case, should I move it back to its original place ?

Thankshttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...5b6f90c086.jpg

give it some time to adjust. leathers can look bad for days then all good. i started with a tan finger leather that was fist size and now is 2 ft across and 1 ft tall in 18 months. plan on it growing and growing, give it room. good luck.

Up till to date, polyps still doesn't extend. But the stalk id still standing tall, I guess that's still a sign of its alive right ?

IME a lot of CHAOTIC flow seems to suit these corals best. (along with stable parameters and sufficenct lighting) Find a good spot where these parameters are being met and leave it alone. (for at least a month) See how it does and adjust accordingly. GL.

They are resilient corals i wouldn't be too worried. Maybe a water change if you havent?
