TDS and Coral?

Does TDS higher than zero, let's say ten. Is this enough to cause problem on corals?thanks

It might be, it just depends on what those solids are. Some are extremely toxic, while others are harmless. FWIW, the last time the TDS of my water was tested it was 46, yet I haven't been having any problems with it. You might not be so lucky.

Coral live at 35,000ppm TDS every day.

TDS can only tell you whether or not your RODI filter is working right. It can't tell you anything about how suitable the water is for your tank since it doesn't tell you anything about WHAT is in the water.

Good to know that I have some breathing room, mine is at 10pppm. Corals aren't doing well, just not sure it could be one of the reasons. I changed the resin today and hopefully helps.

Problem is, you may not have any breathing room. Unless you know what the 10 TDS are, there's no way anyone can tell you it's ok, or it's not ok. Disc's line about 35k TDS is referring to the TDS of salt water. If it's what's supposed to be in the water, fine, if it's not, not good. See what your readings are after you've made a few gallons.
