What does this mean?

I set up my Apex to send email alarms if certain outlets are turned "off". Below is what is typically sent to me but I honestly don't know what it means, other than something was off at the given time.

Is there a way to set up alarms so the outlet name shows for ease of reading these?

I get that as well; I think it's a false Alarm. Did you check logs?

Strange! I checked the logs and it said No Output Log Entries for the date above.

I've had issues with the 2016 Apex and false email alarms. The most recent firmware update appears to have fixed them.

Im debating on getting an apex. I keep hearing stories about programming is a pain... Is it actually difficult to figure out how to do all the settings on it?

Most stuff is pretty easy like setting lights to turn on and off, setting up heaters, chillers and even ozone is very easy. The Apex is capable of doing some advanced things which can require more complex programming.

Apex is awesome programming is easy, but there is some complex programming. Apex forums though awesome. I have the new firmware and still does this.

I think what happens is the state alarm is in and all of a sudden alarm goes off before it can set it off again

For example lets say my heater was this in Alarm and my Temp was 75.9 it will set Alarm ON immediately; now 10 seconds later it reaches 76 it shuts off but Apex didnt have time to set off alarm. I use now defer statement and seems to get rid of it. Not sure though if it's correct to do this though.

This is what I have now: So basically the situation has to be a minute long before turning an Alarm on. I though use another alarm separate for my leak detectors. Basically any Alarms you want to trigger immediately, I wouldn't use defer.
Since I used below defer I dont get that false alarm. You can use any defer time you want.

Contact Neptune and see what they say. I am curious

Set OFF
If Tmp > 82.0 Then ON
If Tmp < 76.0 Then ON
If Power EB832_2 Off 001 Then ON
If SUMP_H CLOSED Then ON
If ATO_LO OPEN Then ON
If Return CLOSED Then ON
If Error ATO_2_6 Then ON
Defer 001:00 Then ON
