which is the most accurate tds meter

I'm looking for a new TDS meter and want to see what everyone recommends. I have a feeling that the one I have is not that accurate and giving false readings. The one I have is a Kemflo

No one has any suggestions?

hanna hand held units are not bad

id stay away from inline meters unless you have ahand held to copare and calibrate it with.

Nothing available today including Hanna compares to the new HM Digital COM 100. It can be calibrated in three different modes and is accurate down to about 10 megaOhms which is probably 10x more accurate and sensitive as any other handheld meter. The only thing close are benchtop lab type meters.

i have the dual inline HM and it serves its purpose very nicely

The inlines are a good indicator but don't ever depend on them to be accurate. An inexpensive handheld is much more accurate and the HM COM-100 is in another league all by itself. I am testing an HM inline against both a handheld and a Thornton benchtop type meter and there is no comparison. Use your inline for tap water and post RO but don't depend on it for DI readings as it just isn't sensitive enough. By the time you see any reading at all its too late. Take a look over in the Spectrapure vendors forum at the thread about 0 TDS to see what I am talking about.

I know this thread is 6 years old, but .. could you be more specific about the quality of COM-100 compared to Thornton benchtop type meter or maybe Hanna HI 98309?

I have a cheap Ebay hand held TDS meter that I check my RODI water with when the DI resin changes color. Paid under $10 shipped and it works great.
