Looks black and 3 sided not like google pictures of asterina star.

Yes, that looks like an asterina star.

They can be bad or not, it seems. Some apparently eat corals and others do not. And if there is one, there are almost certainly more. Harlequin shrimp eat starfish exclusively, so if you want to get rid of it you could use one. However, it will starve once they are gone.

Yea I might not risk it and take it out it looks to be just one. I have mostly zoas don't want it to eat or mess with.
