APEX isn’t sending texts on alarms
 

I have a contact set as an alarm for leak detection

It sets off the alarm sound but it doesn’t aleart my iPad, or send SMS or email

I have tested SMS and iOS and email and they work.

The audible alarm outputs do not trigger notifications. Do you also have the email alarm output programmed with the same statement that turns on the audible alarm output?

No, what sort of statment is that?

The same statement for the leak detector you already added to the SndWrn or SndArlm output.

I take it your are setting this up on fusion.

in fusion, under user/settings/notificaitons, are sms, ios and email checked/enabled ?
if yes, you need to go to output configuration and select SndAlm and add the condition you want to trigger the alarm. do the same for emailalm output.
