Reef safe fish with lots of color?

What kind of reef safe fish are there with lots of color? I currently have softies in a 150g show tank. Current tank mates are: purple tang, blue tang, maroon clown, 2 cleaner shrimp, tiger watchman goby, tiger striped sea star.

I was thinking a blue throat trigger and a blue star leopard wrasse?

Thanks in advance I am new to the hobby and my tank was built in January.

I’d go with wrasses for sure. You could try a goby as well, adds a good fish to the lower areas of the tank. I like dwarf angels to add a red or blue and hawk fish for a deep red.

Try looking at the liveaquaria website and pick out a few fish you like then let us know what you’re thinking about. That would let us get a better idea of exactly what you want.

BTW, I’d stay away from triggers, they’re a lot of trouble....

The vivid yellow of a One-Spot Foxface Rabbitfish would really compliment the Purple and Blue Tangs. Plus they are wonderful Live Rock grazers and they have a great personality.

+1 on a foxface

Also for another tang, maybe try a kole or similar bristletooth?

I really like the foxface i have been looking at for a few weeks now. I like the yellow color contrast. I tried putting in a yellow tang and the purple tang literally wanted to murder it... So i immediately took it out and brought it back to the LFS. I was also thinking about getting a flame angel but I am worried about the softies since on Liveaquaria it says they are reef with caution.

I really like mandarin dragonets, although they can be hard to maintain as they are very picky eaters. Angelfish, wrasses, tangs, they all have some good color.

+2 on Foxface, they make good tankmates.
