Algae ID in 2 month old tank

Hi all,

Trying to figure out what Algae I recently have developing. Tank 2 months old, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite and .5-.10 nitrates. Cut my light from 8-9. Hours to about 6 and can’t find a matching look-a-like on the ID page.

2 clowns, 3 turbos and 4 blue legged.

I don't really know what kind of algae that is exactly, but if it's hard to remove from the rocks then it's probably just a prelude to Coralline algae.

Normal part of the new tank process.. fluorescent green algae that won’t easily blows off eventually gets replaced by coralline algae. Promise you it won’t stay that green =}

Looks like it may be Ostreobium.

It looks like green film algae. It's pretty common for a new tank. As others mentioned, it'll likely be replaced by coralline.
