Carbon and Iodine
I’ve been struggling with Zoas and one suggestion was Iodine depletion. Thinking about when the problems started I did change my carbon source. Is it possible that this carbon is depleting trace elements including Iodine ?

A lot of people think that iodine depletion can cause problems with corals, but I've never seen any evidence of that. If you are testing and dosing an iodide product, as opposed to iodine, I agree that the carbon should behave reasonably well, although it will remove trace elements that are bound to organics.

"Struggling" with zoas? Can you describe their appearance or share pics? If sharing pics turn the white channel on and the blue down low or off.
