Momma Onyx Clown has a dorsal spine lodged in her mouth

Well here's something i've never seen before. My female oynx has what appears to be the dorsal spine of one of my anthias lodged in her mouth. She can eat fine but i'm worried about infection or worse. I don't have an easy way to catch her and remove it. Wondering if it will work itself out on its own or if i'm going to have to intervene. Looks smaller in the pic, but it's actually about 3/4" long. Very hard to get a pic, best i could do:

Keep a eye on her. Not sure if it will Work itself out or if you will have to do that manually

Ended up netting her after lights out and was able to remove it with some tweezers. What an odd occurrence...
