error code 28
 

I connected my profilux 4 and 2.1 doser to my computer(no issue)
I connected my profilux 4 to wifi (no issue)
after connecting the 2.1 doser to wifi the screen pops up but after about 10 seconds error code 28 pops up. I pinged the IP and it come back 4 sent 4 received?

2nd question
while setting up my GHL.. I put in MY GHL id and hit verify says device not hooked up to my ghl?

Is this 2.1 doser going to be kept separate from your P4 system?

If so, then WiFi setup can be done. In which case you should run a continuous ping command for your doser using Windows Command Prompt. For that you will type-in ping -t (Doser IP address here).
Look for any connection drops and see if it is a wifi signal issue. Otherwise, assign a Static IP for the doser and see if the issue persists.
