How to reset APEX?
 

I recently bought a used apex lite from a reefer. I have been trying to set it up thru my iPad. However, it requires login and password. I wonder how can I reset the apex to the default factory setting.

If it's not a Jr. you can do it via the display module. If it's a Jr. you need special firmware from Neptune to reset.

Did you try the defaults? username: admin password: 1234

+1, I just did the same thing. Had to totaly reset my apex and this worked for me.
