I thought instead of posting a new one every time I need an ID, I’ll just post in here, anyone else feel free to do the same! :)

Nvm, it seems to be a ciliata :)

I’m thinking chiragra? I’m noticing they have two small parallel lines on each eye!

And of course I can’t change the title...

I would say Chiragra, yes.

Thanks :)

The mantis in the second picture is not a G. Chiragra, but would need to see the meral spots to confirm the species. My first thought is G. Viridis, second option would be G. Falcatus. The former has red streaks around a white meral spot, the latter has a greenish-yellow meral spot.

G. Chiragra usually lacks that kind of complexity in coloration. Females are a uniform light green while males are darker. Smashers are purple - pink.

P. Ciliata (look at the eyes)

P. Ciliata has a wide variety of color morphs and both of these fit. More specifically aside from spearing, they both have lines in their eyes which is a strong identity characteristic, the checkerboard pattern is more noticable in the first image.

No the black one is a ciliata, the other one has smashers
