Hello all,


I was wondering what most folks are doing or not doing with vitamins/fatty acid suppliments for corals and fish.

What's the consensus for a mixed reef? What brands?

Are there less expensive alternatives from some place like GNC?

Do refugiums with plant/animal life go a long way to adding important fats and vitamins back to the water through metabolic process?
