Hey all!
I am possibly going to buying a ballast/light combo from a seller on here. He says the ballast is screwing up, but might be fixable. The ballast will strat to fire the bulb, but will start making a "thumping" noise 15 seconds into it. The ballast will still be on, but the bulb will not stay lit. Any ideas what is going on?
