Here are some ranges for tests you should be making:
calcium 400 or more ppm
alkalinity 8-11 dKh
magnesium 1300 ppm
salinity 1.026

you should not consider an anemone for at least six months of tank operation. The light you have would be challenging for keeping an anemone happy. You would be alright for some low level lps and softies.
