Hey I got lucky with a similar Overflow (Flex Hose) setup like you have.
Was going to head to home depot to get some Hard PVC to start at Bulkhead, but tried a bunch of junk/Pipe Hose I already have.
The Hose I'm using on 65G fits Really Snug into Bulkhead. Have some spare....
Will be ok for a Initial setup/testing (Can improve later to do the Quiet Overflow design you have)
AND Stay Tuned......I GOT SOMETHING REALLY COOL coming. (
SonoranReefer will love this for his long Desk Meetings)
