Tigger-Pods are the largest copepod you be able to find to stock you tajnk with. I doubt other copepod species will eat them.

Mini brittles shouldn't be any issue with them, they prefer algal sources for the most part.

Are you feeding the small tank? A little phytoplankton (diatoms work best IMO) and some crushed up flake food is all you really need.
