Your two beautiful tanks would be considered contemporary as are the interiors.
Ricks,
your tank looks more of the lines of traditional because of the colonial molding. It would be classified as maybe a modern revival of traditional styling, which is done alot.
Modern is derivative from design in the "Modern Era." Modern designs are still being produced and designed following ideals from that era. Most everything designed outside of that is classified as contemporary design which is evolved from modern design.
