Odd thing......

I believe my rather large white rock flower nem has eaten my mandy!!!

No seriously, when I looked this morning it was all puffy and looked like a tail hanging out of it's mouth. I was half asleep and shrugged it off. My lights come on some 4 hours later, and even now I cannot find my mandy! It's the only moving thing in the tank so it shouldn't be to hard.

Guess we will see in day or so when it spits out the carcass. It's stalk/foot whatever you want to call it, is swollen beyond normal what little bit of it I can see.

I have always in every tank fresh or salt run carbon 24/7, even experimented without for a while. I have never seen a detrimental effect either way. It all depends on the quality of carbon you run IMO.

Just got a sweet deal on 2 36" Actinic XHO reef bright strips, barely used for 3 months. I got them for both for 150$!
