I would up the light to T5s. I think that the PCs are too low of output for really good growth.

Other than that, I think that stability is the most important. You need to have all of the params within the desirable range and then keep it as close to a constant value within the range as you can. There has been some debate in the past as to whether or not fluctuation can be good, and can condition your corals to be hardier, and I believe that there may be some merit to it, but if you're after growth, then you should keep the fluctuations as small as possible.
