I personally dose Vitamin C twice a week and have noticed better colors and more polyp extension. I mostly collect Zoas/Palys. I use Brightwell Aquatics Vitamin C but ive heard of people crushing up tablets which I am afraid of doing lol I would rather just buy it already diluted to what my tank needs and not guess
