I bought second hand some Fiji premium rock 12,5 kg and then after one week 3,5 kg Fiji branch from LFS both has been 24 hours bleach and then 20 minutes acid bath
My LFS suggested to cycle the rocks for a few days in salt water and then add to tank and I will use zeolit+active carbon + Gfo rowa and add bacteria to start tank
Then with suggestion of my LFS I prepared 40 liters salt water with 1.026 salinity and with a wave pump cycling 48 hours now. Last night (24 hours before) I add de chlorine as suggested ml on the product
Now I measure with my Hanna ULR HI736 I tested and it has reading of 139 ppm
Btw, I need to dry these rocks also to do the aqua spacing I believe it will dry in 2 days?
Should I change cycle water and wait to have less PO4 leaking? What is optimum leaking level to put rocks in tank? Will it be 0
Please let me know your suggestions
