Dosage should be calculated base on consumption of Ca , Mg and Kh not on volume of the tank. One tank will need 10ml for 100galons (small biomass of corals) and other will need 200ml for 100galons (lot of hard corals). There is information there how many ml of each solution will rise how many of Ca, Mg , Kh.
