It will most likely eat your hermits. If your nassarius snails make an appearance in the daytime, they could also be goners. Any food with a hard shell (snails, clams, etc) will help keep it trimmed.
I noticed one of your future additions is a dwarf lionfish. They will eat any fish it can fit into it's mouth. So your firefish, clowns, and blenny could be at risk.
