I run the dc6000 on a 75g and run it at it's highest level. I have over 5 ft of head pressure. I think your choice depends on the head pressure you have but if it were me I wouldn't do less than the 12000....you can always go bigger and turn it down but if it's not enough on high...then you're screwed....
