Got the LEDs in and put them on a piece of 1/8" aluminum that I had. Used Arctic Silver epoxy to bond them, then hooked them up to a bench DC source to test.

Tests on 6 in series:
100ma = 42.1v
150ma = 43.7v
200ma = 44.5v
250ma = 45.7v
300ma = 46.6v
