OK NEWBIE QUESTION. im still in the process of settingup my 55g i still havnt decided when i return the water from the sump. scwd or a spray bar. here's a pic of the setup now.

i intend not to change this setup of rockwork. cause i'll give the fish more room to swim. tahts bout 40#'s live rock as of now i dont intend to add more but my mind canges like the clock
