I would flip the stand layout. You rarely will get into the water buckets and a pump will move water as needed. Just ensure you can pour in salt to the one container.

You will be playing with the sump/refugium more so and you will not want to be on your knees to play with it. I would much rather spend $2-300 on pump and plumbing for the water station and ato then to have to constantly be on the floor to clean the sump and such.
