Looks like a low nutrient tank. Too Low. Two suggestions. You did'nt mention how long you run your MH but you might try cutting back 1/2 every couple days until you see some improvement. Secondly, feed more. Your fish and LPS will appreciate it too.
I have read many threads where doing these two things helped improve the coloration on their SPS.
