Don't get the 1st one. It is very boring, I like the more dalmation-y second. The second one with more white is more interesting. Yellow bellies are much prettier though and ime equally hard to find. I've had two yellow bellies and both have had bright orange bellies. Here is my current one, the pic doesn't show him that well. This was when he was just acclimating and he was still faded
and here is the one I had that unfortunately died of velvet a couple monthes ago. RIP little buddy.
Really nice Yellow bellies are my favorite puffer because of their abstract assortment of colors and their dog-like narrow snout. They are half orange with a tan saddle which is more interesting than all one color like the black or complete golden. They also have an olive and white beard and an interesting mask around their eyes. Typically though when you see yellow bellies they only have a yellow throat or a little yellow, it is hard to find really nice ones like mine.
