2nd question... (sorry been in this hobby for a long time but have never owned a clam)
If im not mistaken a clam needs phytoplankton since its a filter feeder. Do I need to supplement this in my aquarium? Or might there be enough food in the water for the clam without adding anything. (125gal Display, but have roughly 275 gallons of water in system).
If I do need to feed him phytoplankton how much such I start adding to the water???
