Well I run a pretty bare bones setup, without a lot of equipment like controllers and such. Short of some kind of alarm to indicate a temp drop, I don't know what I could have done to save the little clown in the nano. As far as the electrocution event, I am open to suggestions. In fact, I am open to suggestions as to how to get an alert of some kind in the event of any heater failure that does not involve a controller.
