I got to the bottom of the issue. It was indeed debris collected in the bushings. You have to completely disassemble the sensor and clean it. When I cleaned my sensors initially I was looking for large amounts of detritus inside the lumen but I wasn't thinking of detritus creating friction in the bushings.
All three sensors now work properly.
