What's the "injection method?"
If you're talking about a regular glass aquarium built with silicone seams, then it would be nice to calculate the thickness of the seam when cutting the glass, but in practice it's not usually done (IME at least). Most glass places will have a cutting tolerance for large sheets that would be bigger than your allowance anyways, so it wouldn't really matter.
