Kenya tree coral melting.

Does anyone have an idea why my tree coral is melting?
Parameters are: salinity 1.026 nitrite 0 nitrate 0.9 Ph. 8.2

I am suspecting about his neighbor killing him. Any ideas? Thank you.

Current Tank Info: 90 gallon, OceanRevive T247 Led fixture, Curve 5 Skimmer, 30 gallon sump, gfo reactor, 50 lb live rock, 2 RW4 power heads, planning to be a mixed reef.
