This is pretty close to what my peak is right now for 4 hours. Now it's the same only at 70% overall intensity. I don't see a need for higher just yet. I am getting great growth colors are ok but my water chemistry is set for growth for now not color.
This is my "blue" morning evening set up. I am considering pumping the up to 50% over all intensity.
