my new light fixture sits about 7" above my tank for now, until i can hang it lower. its right next to a dinner table, and half of the dinner table gets lit up. so if you're sitting in that half, you have that light hitting you.

So i was wondering, is it like a tanning bed? or is there no radiation in these bulbs?
