I use a turkey baster to feed. You can get some that have a larger hole, so they are lower pressure and can fit something larger in (like lance fish).
If you ever have a clown hosting it, they will make it easier. I squirt a hunk of food anywhere nearby, and the clown grabs it, takes it to the nem, shoves it in the anemone's tentacles, then pushes it toward the mouth.
