Agreed on the possibility of a nudibranch. If the red spots look like antennas (in front) and the external gills in back in person. If it doesn't move it maybe some kind of sponge. If it's a nudibranch you should be able to pluck it off the rock pretty easy if you want. Nuidies eat specific kinds of coral or more normally sponges. I'd personally watch it and if it's eating a hitchhiker sponge keep it and let it eat the sponge (their kinda cool in my book). If it's eating coral.... Well obviously get rid of it unless it's coral you don't want. If you don't see it eating you may not have food for it as their very particular feeders, in this case it will die anyway. Nudies also usually kind of look like what they eat so they can blend in btw. Good luck!!
