Those are nudis not Flatworms. I would just swish them off of your rocks in a bucket with some water change water. Your coral may have died because you killed so many of them and they released toxins. Good luck, but I dont see them being a pest for long. I can not ID them, but most are very specific in what they eat and when that is gone they will die off. Good luck.
