If they eat squid it isn't bad by any stretch but the plant and sponge really is what helps their color it seems. BTW, I'll jump on the consensus that Spectrum is good stuff....
If you can't find it local see what the shipping would be on some of the online vendors. Failing that shoot an email off to spectrum.
