The Min Time command is typically used to keep an outlet in a specific state for a period of time. For example

Set ON
If Temp > 80 Then OFF
Min Time 30:00 Then ON

The Temp statement sets the outlet OFF if the temp is > 80. The Min Time keeps it from turning back ON for 30 minutes, even if the temp drops back below 80.
