Corners are tough with a buffer... Best bet would be to sand it out going all way to 12,000 grit along the edges. Then use a hand sanding pad using Novus 3, 2 and 1 by hand if you can't get a wheel buffer pad in there. It might help to tape the other pane so as to not burn the corners with the edge of the pad if you're going to try to get a wheel pad in the corners..
